31 Kings: is a mental health solution born from the concept of Daily Mental Land Ownership. At the end of 31 days the user will develop
daily mental health routines as a habit and no longer need the game because they are winning in the game of life. In 31 Kings the user has
a daily routine each of the 31 days of the month and as the reader
completes each daily expert lessons in 1) Yoga , 2) Inspiration, 3) Nutrition and 4) Meditation routines they defeat the opposing king and retain their land
ownership and kingdom for each day.
Taking the gamified approach that
our “mental space” or “attention” is a land asset that we either sell or
retain everyday through our activities, music, books, TV, news and of
course social media we voluntarily consume into our minds. In 31 Kings
the user creates a mental health solution that fits them specifically
and
moves forward in life with a balanced daily mental land ownership
prospective.
With over 100+ video lessons and activities the 31 Kings user accomplishes a simple daily routine each of the 31 days
of the month, as the user completes each daily set of routines they
defeat the opposing king and retain their mental land ownership and
kingdom for each day.

Derrick has served as an Instructor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill. Derrick is a former faculty member of North Carolina Central University in the Masters in Public Administration program. He also served as the Director of Freshmen Studies and Community Service at The Shaw University in Raleigh, NC. Derrick has consulted with nonprofits, business, and churches for 20 years. He holds a Bachelors in political science from Bethune-Cookman University, a Masters in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's School of Government. He holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Social Work; and certificates in Proposal Writing and Fundraising for Nonprofits from the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana -Purdue University. Derrick received his Ph.D, from UNC-Chapel Hill.
